1.) Check-in: after 3 pm

2.) Check-out: till 10 am in the morning

 

HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1.) We have a self-check-in system. The locks work on the code. You will receive an access code to your e-mail address, as we will not meet at the location.

2.) Pets are not allowed.

3.) Parties are not allowed.

4.) Smoking is prohibited indoors.

5.) Guests cannot make noise between 10 pm and 6 am.

6.) Parking is not available.

7.) The capsule has an air conditioner, but its temperature cannot be regulated. You can only turn the air conditioning on or off.

8.) The bathroom is shared. Please keep it tidy and clean.

9.) Guests are responsible for the property during their stay. Damage done will be validated by the owner, and guests must compensate for the damage based on the owner’s assessment.

 

RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICIES

1.) The allowed number of guests is based on each reservation. However, there must never be more guests in the capsule than the number of guests on the reservation.

2.) Your reservation is confirmed after e-mail confirmation and receiving the voucher. 100% of the payment has to be made to ensure the reservation. 

3.) For free, you can cancel the reservation 5 days before arrival. If you cancel the reservation 4 days or less before arrival, you are not entitled to a refund.
